Kettlebell (ONLY) Class
These classes will introduce the basics on kettlebell training. You will get to have a fun workout while learning how to properly swing, snatch, clean and even do a Turkish get up. We will go over complexes and kettlebell flow also.

Small group training with four person max. Functional Strength training to maximize all seven functional movements. Includes accountability family and monthly activities.Private Training
1 on 1 training with full custom training program. Features full fitness assessment and nutrition guide. Supplement recommendations based on goals.Sports Performance Training Youth, Collegiate & Professional
In season and off season training to bring athletes to optimal performance. Athletes will go through mobility, speed , strength and recovery techniques and training. Athlete nutrition and supplement regimen will be provided.
Who is Darius?
I don’t have the typical straight narrow story. I was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana and found strong passion for sports in high school after playing football and running track. I was recruited with high regard by Auburn, Grambling State, and North Texas University. However, my career ended over a fracture to my left high tibia and tearing my ACL.Shortly after high school, I made some wrong choices put me in prison for five years. During that time, I rehabilitated myself by finding GOD, attending college, and finding a newfound love for fitness.Seven years later, I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Pain-Free Specialist, Kettlebell Specialist, Performance Specialist, and the owner of Run Dat Performance LLC.My purpose in life is to help as many people as possible to achieve healthy goals.
